EDGE Modular - 10ft Data Centre

We use a 10ft high cube shipping container and add fire rated ersonnell access doors, with secure locking and accecss control options. The container is lined using 50mm thick insulation and fire retardant panelling, that provides both a thermally insulated enviormetn and an aesthetically pleasing finish. The container is modified to include power and data penetrations, allowing external services to enter the container without compromising the ingress protection. unistrut is structurally welded to the walls, floors and ceilings as required to provide a flexible mounting arrangement for all equipment. This unistrut is designed so that it is flush with the internal lining, ensuring maximum use of the interal realestate. Next the container can be fitted with IT racks, distribution boards, cable supports, lights and all neessary infrastructure to create the data centre. All electrical work is completed according to AS/NZS wiring standards, while system redundancy is designed to meet N, N+1, 2N or higher requiremetns. On completion of all installation works, our team will undertake full system set to work, commissioning and factory acceptance trials (FAT). This ensures full quality control and confirmation of the DC performance, before it leaves our site. On completion of the FAT  the Data Centre can be moved by simple HIAB, side-left truck or even forklift to its final location.
